Egg Salad

If you're looking for eggs, I happen to know a Farm with plenty!

Eggs in a Basket

Makes 2-3 sandwiches


  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 tsp favorite mustard (yellow, stone ground, Dijon, etc)
  • 1 tbsp dill relish or chopped dill pickle
  • 1 tbsp mayo

  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Mix ingredients together.
  • Once mixed, season to taste with salt and pepper.

Use more mayo for creamier texture. 

To really kick this up a notch, add crumbled bacon.
