Here's my recipe I use with your delicious goat cheese. I usually serve over a slice of almond bread. So good! Love that goat cheese!!!~ Susan D., 2020 Apprentice at 5 Fridges Farm
Ingredients
1/2 pound of Amanda's yummy goat cheese (I use the flavored)
5 jalapeños
bacon pieces
butter
Directions
Slice, dice, and de-seed the jalapeños.
Saute jalapeños and saute with butter.
When jalapeños are tender, add bite-size pre-cooked bacon pieces and simmer to blend the flavors.
Meanwhile, slice the goat cheese 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick and lay the slices in the pan over the jalapeños/bacon. Fry on each side.
