Gather herbs like mint, sage, oregano, parsley, fennel.
Gather into bouquets (I use rubber bands), wrap with brown paper (so the light does not leach color) and hang upside down. Once dried they can be separated from stems for use in cooking or use them as dried arrangements in winter.
They are beautiful and make the room smell wonderful!
