Peach Freezer Jam
There are so many great fruits available this time of year in Colorado from apples to peaches to berries. I like to make them into freezer jams because they keep that fresh-off-the tree/bush taste. Freezer jam is super easy and uses the same fruit pectin as cooked jams (and the recipe is in the pectin box along with the cooked jam recipes). The difference is you are not cooking the fruit --- only stirring in the cooked pectin. I like to make raspberry, strawberry, and peach as freezer jams because they taste so fresh, even in the middle of winter!
