Rhubarb Peach Jam

A friend had a tree that kept producing lovely peaches this fall and I have had so much beautiful rhubarb this summer... turns out they are an amazing flavor combination. The rhubarb tartness tempers the sweetness of the peach just a bit-- making this a a little like a marmalade jam with chucks of rhubarb around the mostly soft peach! I have a few more pounds of rhubarb available in the Online Farmers Market this month!
